Available in single- or dual-piston models, The PDW Portable Dead Weight Testers have a pressure range of 0.2 to 700 bar/3 to 10,000 psi and include a hydraulic hand pump for coarse pressure priming and a volume adjuster for fine pressure control. The pressure connection is assisted by a quick-fit, self-sealing connection to the test station. The PDW Dead Weight Tester has a standard accuracy of 0.025% and a higher accuracy of 0.015%.
All units are supplied with an NIST traceable calibration certificate. The PDW tester weighs 35 lbs and the weights themselves are 38 lbs. All testers come with an operating manual, set of stainless steel weights in an aluminum carrying case, set of BSP and NPT adapters, and spirit level.
